CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking & Payment Card on file required. A $50 non-refundable deposit is charged at booking and applied to your total. Remaining balance due at the appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling 24 hours’ notice required. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the service. Late Arrivals 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, the appointment is cancelled and 50% is charged. No-Shows No notice = 50% charge. Appointments By appointment only. Repairs No refunds. Repairs accepted within 3 days. $15–$25 per nail. Right to Refuse Service Service may be refused if policies or safety are compromised. Guests No extra guests or children unless pre-approved.
